Welcome!

Hi and welcome to my blog!  I hope you are reading my blog to share in my running adventures and to share your running stories.  In the next few weeks I will be sharing my training tips with you.  Running through the winter can be difficult, I will show you how to stay in shape during the winter months so you can start spring injury free and faster than ever.

Before we look forward to spring, I like to take a look at past year, and it was a good year for me.
